Showers of The Light

Showers of the Light presents a compilation of Lakshmi N Reddi’s reflections on Light, Love, and Life, in two languages – English and Telugu, using simple metaphors and allegories. This is his way of synthesizing the formal higher education he received in the West with the inspiration he received from his parents, mentors, and teachers from his land of origin, Andhra Pradesh, India. His bilingual skills in English and Telugu allow him to uniquely express his thoughts synthesizing intellectual and intuitive dimensions of Light, Love, and Life, in a simple, compact, and entertaining style.

Bricks of Light in Mortar of Love

Dr. Lakshmi N Reddi presents light and love as the essential elements we could use to build harmonious relationships among ourselves. We find that the objective world is full of relational realities. We see what we want to see in it. The threefold awareness of mind – subject, verb, and object, created so many differences in our perceptions of the objective world. A few attitude shifts about ourselves and about the nature of our objective realities, will allow us to develop a state of mind where we are in unison with everything around. With this state of mind, we could live and lead in harmony in our organizations and communities.
